Seth Waugh serves as the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors Vice President-Government Relations and Political Director of NAW PAC.  Waugh leads the association's labor as well as transportation and infrastructure portfolios.  Additionally, Seth plays a key role in several business coalitions throughout the legislative arena.  He serves on the management committee and leads the lobbying committee for the Coalition for a Democratic Workplace (CDW), a coalition of several hundred companies and associations that are joined by their mutual concern over legislative and regulatory overreach on labor issues. As the Political Director of NAW PAC, Waugh is a leader of the political leadership team that has made a name for themselves in Washington through their ability to pick future leaders of the Republican Party such as Senator Marco Rubio, Senator John Thune, and others.  Additionally, Waugh has served on the steering committees of multiple U.S. Senators and candidates.

Before joining his current organization, Seth served on the government relations team of multiple trade associations.  Additionally, he managed the grassroots operations across 14 states for one of the nation's oldest and largest civil rights organizations and spent nearly five years on the staff of the late U.S. Senator George Voinovich (R-OH).  He has also worked for the Ohio House of Representatives and on political campaigns throughout the country.
