Regan Olson’s experience extends across the private sector, currently working in a business development role at Take Command, a SaaS agency start-up, in the health insurance industry. Her role focuses on building new benefit advisor relationships and expanding early HRA adoption across the US. 

Regan graduated from the University of Sioux Falls (Sioux Falls, South Dakota) with Business Administration and Marketing. She started her career at one of the largest privately owned insurance brokerage firm, first gaining industry specific knowledge through an elite, leadership development training program before client facing. From there, she became a lead sales consultant at ACAP HealthWorks, focused on bringing innovative health and insurance solutions to broker partners and their clients before joining Take Command.

In addition to her work in the private sector, Regan invests much of her time engaging in young professional organizations such as Dallas Young Republicans, Dallas Regional Chamber YR, and most recently, Maverick PAC. She enjoys staying active, book clubs and a good margarita on a patio with friends.
