Preston Glasscock

Preston Glasscock is a Complex Business and Tort Litigator in Dallas. He helps clients achieve the results they want during all phases of litigation. Preston has a diverse federal and state court practice across the country, having gained experience in tort work, fiduciary duty disputes, competition, securities, intellectual property, constitutional law, contract disputes, insurance, and white collar criminal law. His first experience as a practitioner was in the Washington & Lee University School of Law Black Lung Clinic, where he and a team submitted an amicus curiae brief to the Supreme Court in California v. Texas on behalf of America's coal miners. He spent his first year after law school clerking for the Chief Judge of the Northern District of Texas. 

Preston was raised in Beaumont and Dallas, Texas, and is married to his wife, Shannon.  Outside of work, he serves on the Austin College Alumni Board and the ACT Justice Leadership Council. He is an active member of the Dallas chapter MAV PAC, the Federalist Society, Park Cities Presbyterian Church, and the Dallas Petroleum Club.
