Matt  currently serves as the vice president of data & analytics at Cygnal, an award-winning survey research and data science firm. 

Over the last five and a half years,  Matt  has developed winning data-driven campaign and legislative strategies for a diverse client base that includes federal PACs, congressional and gubernatorial campaigns, state parties and caucuses, and regional corporations. 

Matt's experience as a veteran pollster and political operative span more than 800 campaign, corporate, and issue advocacy projects across 47 states. 

At Cygnal,  Matt  leads an international team of researchers, statisticians, data scientists, project managers, and software engineers innovating survey collection methodologies and developing next-gen data software applications. 

In 2018, Matt led the research team that was recognized by The New York Times as the most accurate pollster during the midterm election cycle.
