Madeline Lauf is the founder and CEO of Begin Health, a kid's gut microbiome health company. Driven by her passion to improve the American health crisis, Madeline founded Begin Health first to empower parents with the knowledge, tools and nutritional interventions that provide the best health beginnings for the next generation. Growing up in rural America, Madeline experienced firsthand the struggles Americans face in building strong foundations for lifelong health. The demands of modern life are forcing hard tradeoffs between convenience and long term health.

Through market-based solutions, Madeline hopes to make a dent in helping the next generation achieve life-long independent health, the pursuit of life-long health free from preventable chronic illness and disease and prescription drugs. Madeline is a graduate of the University of Chicago with a double degree in Economics and Law, Letters and Society.
