Jeremy is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Military Policeman and Military Working Dog Handler. Upon transitioning to the civilian sector, Jeremy began his career with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, went on to work with a boutique wealth management firm in Austin, TX and subsequently focused his career on alternative investments before transitioning to the legal industry with DLA Piper.

Jeremy is currently working the Principal of Ransom Capital Ventures in Austin, TX; which is an alternative investment holding comany and incubator. Jeremy earned his B.S. in personal financial planning from Texas Tech University, MBA from Baylor University, M.S. in Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and his Juris Doctorate from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law.

When not working, Jeremy can be found spending time with his beautiful wife, Lauren, and their children, Avery and Logan.
