Ian is a commercial litigation attorney based in Miami, Florida. He represents businesses and individuals in a broad range of commercial matters, including commercial foreclosure, business divorce, partnership disputes, breaches of fiduciary duties, and fraud. With business-oriented solutions in mind, Ian has successfully enforced multi-million-dollar agreements, and resolved various disputes for high-profile clients maintaining their privacy and maximizing their bottom line. Ian also advises cryptocurrency and NFT projects, creators, and builders to help them navigate the regulatory landscape to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, to help them leverage their intellectual property to grow their business, and provide consulting advice that is tailored to the industry.

Ian is admitted in Florida and the District of Columbia courts, including the northern, middle, and southern district federal courts of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar Business Law Section’s Digital Currency Task Force, a committee member with the Cuban American Bar Association and the Federal Bar Association, and is a graduate of Leadership Miami’s 40th class. Outside of his law practice, Ian is also involved in local politics throughout Miami-Dade County where he helps businesses and candidates navigate the ever-changing political landscape.
