Graham Reynolds is an entrepreneurial, high-energy attorney with deep experience in identifying ways to leverage nascent regulation for business opportunities and risk management strategies. Graham's career has included experiences such as working for a federal judge, a boutique investment bank, the Central Bank of Ireland, and the Irish Parliament. 

Currently, Graham  serves as an in-house counsel for a leading "Unicorn" tech company in New York.  Graham is responsible for advising on client development and sales strategies from origination to acquisition across an array of business lines including the company's political division. Graham spends much of his leisure time advising start-ups, doing Crossfit, and working through his ever-growing reading list.   A graduate of Trinity College Dublin and The London School of Economics, Graham maintains a strong connection to his wider network by serving as the President of the New York Alumni Chapter.
