Genevieve Carter is a communications strategist and public relations professional with experience advising some of the nation’s top business, philanthropic, government, and political leaders. Over the last 15 years, she has spent time in Washington D.C. advising congressional leaders, worked on large-scale public affairs initiatives, and fought on the front lines of grassroots campaigns in Texas and nationwide.

Genevieve currently manages the communications strategy and serves as spokesperson for the Harris County Republican Party, located in the third largest county in the nation. She also advises candidates from high-profile congressional campaigns to important statewide, local, and down-ballot races in the Houston region. Genevieve previously worked at several top national and international PR and public affairs firms where she oversaw the accounts for energy and corporate clients, and served as press secretary and communications director to a U.S. Congressman and U.S. Senator in leadership.

Genevieve spends a lot of her time volunteering and working to get others involved, including in her capacity as the Communications Director of the Texas Young Republican Federation, on the board of Magic Circle Republican Women's Club, and as an active member of the Junior League of Houston. Genevieve is passionate about giving back to her community, patriotism, and supporting our nation’s military, veterans, and first responders. One of her goals is to inspire younger generations to learn about 9/11 and continue connecting young professionals with our veteran community across the nation.
