Ethan White is a dedicated local leader who has made significant contributions to both his community and his country.

Elected at age 25, Ethan served as a City Commissioner in Collegedale, TN, for eight years, offering public service with a passion for improving the lives of his fellow residents. During his tenure as City Commissioner, Ethan shaped policy and initiatives that enhanced the quality of life in Collegedale. His strong advocacy for community development led to numerous advancements in infrastructure, education, and public safety.

In 2017, Ethan was elected Chairman of the Tennessee Young Republicans, an organization that faced significant challenges at the time. Under his leadership, the TNYRs grew from a few chapters to over 25 across the state, with membership nearing 500. This remarkable success was recognized by the National Young Republican Federation, awarding the TNYRs the 2019 State Federation of the Year award.

Recognizing a need for better political candidates, Ethan co-founded a political consulting firm in November 2021 called Atlas Strategies. The mission of Atlas Strategies is simple: to get good people elected. Through his extensive network of personal connections, Ethan identifies hard-working individuals in the region and helps turn them into purposeful and sincere political candidates.

Building on his entrepreneurial spirit, Ethan co-founded Chatt Creative, a creative communications agency based in Chattanooga, TN. As CEO, he tailors his passion for cutting-edge communications to fellow political consultants, government agencies, and prosecutors. Under his leadership, Chatt Creative has quickly gained recognition for its fresh and dynamic approach to branding, design, video production, and communications, helping government leaders thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.

A natural leader, Ethan White continues to inspire fellow young professionals and civic-minded individuals alike. Outside of work, Ethan enjoys kayaking and spending time with his two dogs. He is also working on visiting all 30 of the Major League Baseball fields; he’s been to 15 of them already. No matter what he’s up to, he’s always down to grab lunch at one of his favorite Italian or Thai restaurants.
