Diante Johnson

Diante Johnson is Founder and President of the Black Conservative Federation (BCF). Under his leadership BCF has evolved from a political networking group for black conservatives, to one of the premiere conservative grassroots organizations in the country.

Diante most recently served as a Managing Partner of Red Action Strategies - a political strategy firm specializing in General Consulting, Data, Outreach, and Field Service. Diante has managed a plethora of campaigns, and serves as member of the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC). 

Although running for office at 19 was a start, the Chicago, IL native began his rise on the national stage as a delegate to then-presidential candidate, Dr. Ben Carson. 

He went on to serve both as North Carolina’s Regional Field Director with the 2016, and Black Voices for Trump Advisory Board member for the 2020, Donald J. Trump campaigns. In 2020, Diante was elected to represent his home state of Illinois as at-Large Delegate to the 2020 Republican National Convention. 

Most recently Diante was part of a team of senior advisers, who helped secure a huge victory in the Glenn Youngkin for Virginia gubernatorial campaign - a race now seen as a bellwether for the Republican Party and 2024 elections. 

Along with his multiple appearances on Fox News, CNN, OANN, Newsmax, and op-eds in the Washington Examiner and the Daily Caller, Diante has been recognized as Newsmax and Red Alert Politics’ Most Influential “30 Under 30.” 

Diante earned his Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
