David Fonseca is Public Policy Manager at Meta, where he helps lead conservative outreach on the External Affairs team. He was previously Deputy Director of Government Affairs at the American Center for Law and Justice. Before that, he worked on the Jeb Bush 2016 presidential campaign as a travel aide. He also interned for Senator Marco Rubio in the US Senate. He graduated with a degree in Government: Politics and Policy from Liberty University. David was born in Miami, FL and now lives in Virginia outside of Washington, DC with his amazing wife, Erica, and their daughter, Mila.
